1. Product & Ingredients

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. All La Bang Body products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. No animal testing and no animal by-products.

Where are your ingredients sourced and where are your products made?
We source Australian ingredients wherever possible and partner with trusted overseas suppliers for specialty botanicals. All final formulations are made here in Australia under strict quality and ethical standards.

Do your products contain synthetic preservatives, alcohols or harsh chemicals?
We avoid harsh synthetics, parabens, sulphates and denatured alcohol. Our formulations use naturally derived stabilisers and gentle alcohols where needed, along with safe preservatives to maintain product integrity.

Why does the colour, texture or scent change over time?
Because we use natural ingredients and no heavy synthetic stabilisers, slight changes in colour, scent or texture are normal, especially if exposed to heat or sunlight. Always store your products in a cool, dry place. If you’re concerned about a particular batch, reach out with photos and batch details.

What is the shelf life of your products?
Each product lists its “best before” or “use by” date on the packaging. Once opened, we recommend using within 12 months unless otherwise noted. Unopened items may last longer, so always check the label.


2. Usage & Safety

Can I use your products while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Many of our formulations are gentle and suitable for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, but we always recommend checking with your doctor. Patch test first and avoid applying over broken or irritated skin.

How should I use your scrubs, oils and lotions?
Usage instructions are listed on each product page and label.

  • Scrubs: use one to three times weekly, gently exfoliating in circular motions.
  • Oils or lotions: apply to damp skin for better absorption.
  • Hair treatments: leave on as directed before rinsing.
    Always patch test 24 hours before full use and discontinue if irritation occurs.

Do your products target cellulite, stretch marks or pigmentation?
Our formulations include active botanicals, antioxidants, oils and hydrators that help support skin tone, elasticity and nourishment. While we cannot guarantee complete removal of stretch marks or cellulite, many users notice visible improvements with regular use.


3. Ordering, Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to, and how long will it take?
We ship across Australia and internationally. Orders are processed within one to two business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Within Australia: 3–7 business days for metro areas, 4–10 for regional.
  • International: around 7–21 business days depending on customs or local delays.

Is shipping free?
We offer free shipping on eligible Australian orders that meet the minimum spend. Shipping costs for other orders are calculated at checkout. For large or international orders, email us for a quote.

What if I enter the wrong address?
Please check your address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error straight away, contact us immediately with your order number and correct address. Once shipped, changes are difficult to make. If your parcel returns to us, you may need to cover the cost of re-shipping.


4. Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange a product if I change my mind?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. However, if your product is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within seven days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll work with you to replace, refund or credit where appropriate.

What if my product was damaged in transit?
Contact us immediately with photos and details. We’ll review and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If it hasn’t yet been shipped, get in touch as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.


5. Payments & Privacy

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and select “buy now, pay later” options where available.

Is my payment information safe?
Yes. We use secure, encrypted payment gateways and do not store full credit card details on our servers. Your personal data is protected and handled securely.

Do you share my information with third parties?
No. We only use your information to process orders, communicate with you and improve our services. We never sell or share personal data with outside companies.
