All shipping rate will be calculated via Australia/ International Post e-Parcel service according the your location and the weight of the parcel. Shipping Times will also be *estimated via Australia (and International) Post. 

 Please note the above shipping times apply from the day that your La'Bang Body is shipped, NOT the day that you order.

 (Postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high volume periods. Example: Easter, Christmas and New Year, Product launches and Sales) 

La'Bang Body ships worldwide to your doorstep, every day.

Please note, due to weight restrictions within Australia Post the postage cost for multiple items will be the multiple of the listed postage price for your country.

Please allow approximately 7-21 business days for international delivery (Postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high volume periods).

Due to customs regulations, deliveries may be subject to random examinations and scans and possible duties charges and taxes. 
Please note if customs duty charges do occur, this charge is of liability to our customer. We do however ensure our orders are sent by ‘gift’ to help avoid these charges from occurring

Please note all international orders are sent via Australia Post.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU FAIL TO PROVIDE THE CORRECT AND COMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS, La'Bang Body WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR POSTAGE COSTS OR ADDITIONAL PRODUCT COSTS NEEDED TO FULFILL YOUR ORDER. IF THE INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS IS PROVIDED, THE CUSTOMER MUST PAY THE AMOUNT NECESSARY TO RE-SEND THE ORDER INTO OUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT.

The same applies to incomplete shipping addresses (missing key factors), such as the zip code, house number, street type, city or province etc. Address labels are printed out automatically using the exact shipping address that you provide when you order, so if your shipping address is incomplete or incorrect in any way, then it is out of our hands.

Check twice! We don't want your La'Bang Body going to the wrong home...

Upon placing an order for your La'Bang Body , you will receive a confirmation email. Please make sure you check your shipping address details to ensure La'Bang Body can be on you ASAP!

If the information in your confirmation email is incorrect, then please contact us immediately at Labangbody@bodycoaustralia.com.au and we will do our best to get your La'Bang Body back on track. Please note that once the La'Bang Body is out the door, it is out of our hands!

Returns & Privacy

La'Bang Body will not accept any refunds or exchanges on product purchased due to health regulations. If the product purchased is defective or you feel is not as advertised, please email us at Labangbody@bodycoaustralia.com.au prior to returning the products and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

In the event your goods have been damaged in transit, please email us at labangbody@bodycoaustralia.com.au and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We all know the post man can be quite rough!! We want to see you babes getting your La'Bang Body on ASAP!

La'Bang Body holds your privacy as a top priority and therefore will not share your information with any third parties. Your information is stored behind a 'firewall' to prevent breaches of privacy. Credit card details are processed via a secure browser. We do not store your credit card details.
